The Task
To drive pre-order sales of the new Scotland team shirt, while fitting in seamlessly with Adidas new all in campaign.

The Solution
In a difficult period in Scotland’s football history, we wanted to remind fans of their unrelenting love of the Scotland team, while showing that the players feel exactly the same way. So we gave the fans a once in a life time opportunity, to have their shirt presented to them by one of the Scotland team.

The Media
Launched with a viral of the players describing what it was like to get their first shirt, the fans are driven to pre order for their chance to take part in their own shirt presentation with the players.
The SFA Facebook page engaged with fans and got conversations about the new kit going as well as premiering the viral. It was also backed up by online banners and landing pages on the Scottish FA, Greaves sports and Scottish football direct websites.
For the fans who missed out there was a chance to get close to the players in an AR event (to be posted soon).

The Result
Pre-orders of the shirt went up 400% with the viral being viewed over 35,000 times.
