As an Integrated Creative/Creative Director, I believe it's essential to not only have a thorough understanding of all the different media channels, but also how to apply them to create one, seamless 360 campaign.
I've spent my career applying this methodology to many high-profile brands, including Coca-Cola, Bacardi, FSA, Texaco, SC Johnson and Adidas. As well as guiding their strategies across TV, Digital, Experiential and retail environments. I've also created some of the country's most iconic sub-brands such as the O2 Academies, Bacardi Rigo and Texaco's loyalty scheme 'Star Rewards.'
I've won numerous awards including an ISP Gold, a British Animation Award, an MBNA Northern Sports Award, for my work for Liverpool FC. Most recently, I've been shortlisted for a Sports Industry Award. My work has also twice been featured in the Creative Review Annual.
But it's not all about me; a Creative Director is only as good as the team supporting him. That's why I take great pride in nurturing talent, helping and encouraging creatives to understand the best way to spread a thought and get the public involved in an idea, because, ultimately, the people need to be as integrated as the work.
